What are the South African Visa Requirements?

  • E-Passport valid for at least 6 months
    • 6 Month Bank statement or salary advances
    • Company”s Introduction Letter
    • Personal Introduction Letter confirming the purpose and duration of your visit
    • 2 Colour Passport Photographs
    • Return flight ticket and proof of Hotel accommodation which you can book
    • Authentic Yellow Card is required (yellow-fever vaccination certificate)

How can I apply now?

Step 1: Our visa experts can assist you in processing your documents and submitting your application forms.
Step 2: applicants are required to submit their applications personally at the VFS South Africa Visa application centers or you can request assistance from us to help you do that.
Step 3: make a clear photocopy of all the original documents, previous UK, US, Canada, Japan and Schengen visas (where applicable) and 3 clear copies of your passport data page.
Step 4: complete the visa application form which can be obtained when request for assistance with us.
Step 5: along with your application form and documents mentioned above, you can come to our office for visa assistance.

When do I apply for a South African visa?

Apply at least 40 working days before date of departure.
